HUMANABILITY – VET Workforce Research Project

HumanAbility is undertaking research to help build an understanding of the roles, challenges and reasons people join, stay or leave the VET workforce in the care and support sectors. They would love to hear from you!

There are two surveys available.

1. Online survey for teachers, trainers and assessors

This survey will gather important information about the demographics and diversity of the VET workforce, helping us to understand the people working in the sector and their qualifications. The survey is anonymous and will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

2. Online survey for organisations (to be completed by faculty heads and coordinators)

This survey will gather information from an organisation perspective, including demographics of the VET workforce and insights into the challenges organisations experience attracting and keeping people in VET roles. The survey is anonymous and will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Both surveys are open until mid-December and will provide important information to help grow, retain and develop the VET workforce into the future.
