The Queensland Government, through the Department of Youth Justice, Employment, Small Business and Training, and the Queensland Mental Health Commission have engaged Pracademia to conduct research (surveys and interviews) with small business owners across Queensland. The purpose of this survey is to collect insights from potential users of the Small Business Wellness Package/ small business wellness coaching service regarding their awareness of, and factors affecting their decisions to engage with the service and supports available. The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete
