AQIA’s partnership with SWIM Australia, Royal Life Saving Society Qld and AUSTSWIM to deliver the AQUAJOBS QLD project is still open to access training in the Aquatics Industry.
This project aims to address Queensland’s shortage of aquatic professionals through targeted recruiting and upskilling initiatives for Swim Teachers, Lifeguards, Coaches, and other industry specialists across the state. With a focus on attracting and supporting a wide range of aquatic roles, this initiative is about more than filling jobs, it’s about building a strong, sustainable workforce for the future.
