SwimStart is a new program designed to increase access to swimming lessons for children between the ages of zero and 4. Eligible parents and guardians will be able to apply for a $150 voucher to put towards learn to swim programs with registered SwimStart activity providers. Registrations for SwimStart activity providers and referral agents open on 27 October. Eligible parents, carers and guardians can apply for vouchers from 7 November.
