Diversity & Inclusion

AQIA recognises the immense value that diversity brings to the workplace, fostering growth, creativity, innovation, and overall success.

We are honoured to have Paralympic Gold Medallist and OAM Matt Levy as AQIA’s Diversity and Inclusion Advisor. Matt’s role is to help employers in our industry — clubs and organisations like yours — to employ people from diverse communities, including people with disabilities, people from multicultural backgrounds, First Nations people, and the neurodiverse.

Matt acts as the conduit between employers and diverse employees, breaking down barriers and building bridges that empower underrepresented communities to access exciting opportunities within Active Industry organisations.

How Matt Levy and AQIA Can Help

For employers, Matt can educate organisations on the proven benefits of diversity in the workplace, as well as offer practical help on the ‘nuts and bolts’ of inclusive hiring.
